03: Education & Training

If your business or organisation has over 200 workers, in order to satisfy the Positive Duty Guidelines, you will need to run training for your people.

The days when you could get away with your people completing an online training module are over.

You now need to run more sophisticated and effective education programs.

Your training programs also need to be run by an expert.

I offer the following types of training:

Option 1: Training for your Board

Option 2: Training for your Leaders

Option 3: Bystander training for your Employees

I specialise in running Positive Duty training that is not only interesting and engaging but motives your people to change their behaviour and, in the process, build a better workplace.

I will design a training program that is tailored specifically for your organisation and industry.
